SHELLIVERY: EGG DELIVERY

Terms of Use

These terms apply to Shellivery: Egg Delivery and its website, provided by Don’t Miss Games. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.

1. Playing the game

You may use Shellivery for personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices, subject to these terms and your app store’s rules. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under your local law, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them with you. Follow the age and device requirements shown by your store.

The game and its artwork, code, characters, and other content remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute the game or its assets, bypass technical protections, disrupt services, or use them unlawfully. Exceptions permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Progress and device storage

Shellivery currently does not require a game account or provide its own cloud synchronization. Progress, stamps, styles, attempts, and settings are saved locally. Uninstalling, clearing app storage, losing your device, or a failed backup may cause loss of that data. Keep your app and device updated, and check your platform’s backup options. We cannot guarantee recovery of a local save.

3. Stamps, styles, and attempts

Stamps, collected styles, stars, and delivery attempts are virtual game features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable outside the game. The current version has no real-money purchases. Cosmetic styles change appearance, not the underlying physics or difficulty.

Game rules determine how attempts refill and how rewards are earned. We may correct technical errors or adjust game balance through updates. Any future paid feature would require its own clear purchase information; these terms do not authorize a charge.

4. Optional rewarded ads

You may choose to view an ad for an in-game bonus when available. Ads depend on an internet connection, provider availability, and applicable privacy requirements. A reward is granted when the ad provider confirms that its reward conditions were met. Early closure, connection failures, or unavailable ads may prevent a reward. Ads are not required for the core gameplay; attempts also refill over time.

We do not control external advertisers’ products or websites. If a reward appears to be missing, contact support with the relevant details.

5. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local saves, support messages, optional advertising, and your privacy choices. Other games in the Don’t Miss ecosystem may have different features and policies.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Shellivery working, but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. Features and availability may change as the game develops. Stop playing if the game causes discomfort, and do not play where it could put you or others at risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and website are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

7. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms when the game or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide further notice when required. You can stop using the game at any time.
