SHELLIVERY: EGG DELIVERY
Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026
This policy covers Shellivery: Egg Delivery and its website, operated by Don’t Miss Games. Contact us at support@dontmiss.games about privacy.
The short version: No game account is required. Your progress is stored on your device. Optional rewarded ads use Google AdMob, which can process device and advertising data. If you email us, we receive what you send.
1. Game data on your device
Shellivery stores unlocked routes, stars, stamps, collected and equipped styles, remaining attempts and refill times, tutorial progress, and preferences on your device so the game can work between sessions. The current game does not upload this save to a Don’t Miss Games account service and has no account registration or built-in cloud sync.
Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your device settings. Those backups are managed by the platform provider, not by a Shellivery cloud-save service.
2. Optional advertising
The mobile game integrates Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads, such as extra stamps or replenishing attempts. It can prepare an ad after a successful delivery or when you open the attempts panel, before you choose whether to watch. During ad preparation or use, Google’s SDK may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention. What is processed depends on the platform, SDK configuration, and your choices.
Advertising consent and privacy choices are handled using Google’s User Messaging Platform where required. You can revisit advertising choices in the game’s Settings when that option is available, and use your device’s advertising or tracking controls. You can decline optional ads and continue the core game; an ad-dependent bonus may then be unavailable. Test ads in development builds do not mean the SDK makes no network requests.
See Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services, and its SDK disclosures for iOS and Android / Unity.
3. Support messages and website requests
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, and technical details you choose to provide. We use them to answer you, investigate problems, and manage your request. Please send only information needed for support.
Our website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed third-party advertising. The hosting service processes ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. Our email and hosting providers process information needed to provide those services.
4. How information is used and shared
We use information to provide the game and website, respond to support, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your support correspondence. Advertising-related data is handled by Google as described above; it is not a copy of your local saved progress.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent for activities that require it. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until it is removed from your device. On Android, clearing the app’s storage removes its local data. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local data; offloading does not. Backups must be managed separately in your platform’s settings. Removing data may permanently erase progress and collected styles.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, follow up on the issue, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information you sent. We cannot directly erase data held independently by Google or your device-backup provider; use their privacy controls or request processes. Provider retention is described in their policies.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Email support@dontmiss.games to make a request concerning information we control. We may need limited information to confirm the request is yours. We do not need your password.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully performed. Advertising choices can also be managed through the in-game option, where provided, and device settings.
7. Children and security
Parents and guardians should supervise use according to the store’s age rating and local requirements. We do not ask children to submit personal details to play. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no system is completely secure. Keep your device protected and avoid including sensitive details in support messages.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date identifies the latest revision; material changes will be communicated where required. This policy describes Shellivery, not the separate data practices of other Don’t Miss games.
